    The Inauguration of the AutoCAD Center, Department of Civil Engineering was held on 14th Sep. 2015 at 9.45am by the Director, Prof. Swapan Bhattacharya. Shri. S. Ramkishore, Head (Human Resources), L&T  Construction Chennai was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Please see the Album.

    Mr. Jothivanan Elumalai (15IB08) was awarded the best innovative student project award by Indian National Academy of Engineering. Mr. Jothivanan developed, DyAgram (Beta) - A Unique DNA Based Ink and Hologram for Authentication Security.

    Best MTech Thesis Award to Mr Suman Saha (MTech in Construction Technology & Management)
     
    Mr. SUMAN SAHA, Student of M.Tech (CTM) 2013-15 batch has been selected by the ACCE(I) Awards Committee for the ACCE-NIRMANA NIRVAHANE PURASKARA 2015, for the best M.Tech thesis.  The title of the thesis is EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON THE USE OF RECYCLED COARSE AGGREGATES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CONCRETE and the research was carried out under the supervision of  Dr. C. Rajasekaran, Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering.
