Father Muller Medical College and National Institute of Technology- Karnataka, Surathkal have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 10/02/2015.The MoU is designed to promote research and foster mutual cooperation among departments of both institutions. The primary objectives are to develop scientific and health related benefits for the local community. The MoU seeks to tap synergies among the city’s premier engineering and medical institutions and collaborate in building cutting edge, cost effective health tools. The first project would aim at developing devices for early identification of autism and would be a collaboration between the Department of Computer Science and the Department of Paediatrics.
